CSR Activities

AEON Scholarship is a scholarship program aimed at self-supporting Asian students studying in Japan and students in other Asian countries. The program started in 2006 with the desire to produce leading academic figures who can help promote further interaction and cooperation between Japan and Asian countries.

University students from Asian countries gather to discuss and make proposals about global environmental issues that transcend national boundaries while learning about the differences in natural environments and values from each country. To date, 591 university students from 10 countries have participated in this program.

The Asia Youth Leaders is a program that brings together high school and university students from Japan and other Asian countries, who will lead the next generation, to discuss social issues in the host city. High school students discuss ways to raise public awareness, while university students discuss how to create effective public policies to address these issues.

The Teenage Ambassadors program / High School Student Exchange, which began in 1990, is an exchange program for high school students in Japan and abroad, aimed at providing students with opportunities to deepen their understanding of each other's history and culture and form lasting friendships, through activities such as courtesy visits to embassies, attending school lectures, homestays, visiting cultural heritage sites, and hands-on experience in traditional culture.

Teenage Ambassadors Program

In 2005 and 2009, reunions were held for teenage ambassadors who are now pursuing various careers worldwide.
