JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Develop and implement merchandising strategies for bakery products across all stores.
  2. Develop for new bakery product.
  3. Monitor and manage bakery product displays to ensure optimal presentation.
  4. Managing a large portfolio of different supplier brands and developing appropriate strategies for each of them.
  5. Collaborate with the other departments to align merchandising plans with product availability and promotions.
  6. Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and adjust merchandising techniques for maximum profitability.
  7. Train and supervise store staff on bakery merchandising standards.
  8. Ensure all merchandising activities comply with company standards and safety regulations.

REQUIREMENT:

  1. Bachelor Degree from Culinary, Baking and Pastry, or similar
  2. Have experience at least 3 years as a merchandiser or buyer in Bakery categories from Retail, F&B, or a similar industry.
  3. Strong knowledge about bakery production and retail operations.
  4. Have good sense and strong initiative for new product development.
  5. Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of establishing and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, attention to detail and leadership skill.
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  8. and strong organizational skills.
  9. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, inventory management and data analysis.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  11. English proficiency is a must.
