JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for bakery products across all stores.
- Develop for new bakery product.
- Monitor and manage bakery product displays to ensure optimal presentation.
- Managing a large portfolio of different supplier brands and developing appropriate strategies for each of them.
- Collaborate with the other departments to align merchandising plans with product availability and promotions.
- Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and adjust merchandising techniques for maximum profitability.
- Train and supervise store staff on bakery merchandising standards.
- Ensure all merchandising activities comply with company standards and safety regulations.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor Degree from Culinary, Baking and Pastry, or similar
- Have experience at least 3 years as a merchandiser or buyer in Bakery categories from Retail, F&B, or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge about bakery production and retail operations.
- Have good sense and strong initiative for new product development.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of establishing and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, attention to detail and leadership skill.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, inventory management and data analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- English proficiency is a must.
