JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Assist the Line Manager in overseeing daily grocery operations to ensure smooth workflows and minimal disruptions.
2. Implement effective manpower management strategies to optimize efficiency and control labor costs.
3. Monitor and improve customer service performance, ensuring staff consistently provide excellent service.
4. Oversee merchandise handling, stock availability, and backroom management.
5. Ensure all departments within the line meet performance targets and operational standards.
6. Manage and minimize shrinkage through proper inventory control and loss prevention strategies.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Bachelor's degree in any major.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a supermarket or hypermarket at a similar level.
3. Strong understanding of supermarket operations and daily processes.
4. Excellent English communication skills.
5. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
6. Customer-oriented, confident, helpful, and polite personality.
7. Willing working with shifting schedule following Mall Operational Hour.
8. Preferably candidates domiciled in the Tangerang or Bogor area.
