JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Conduct training to every employee, apprentice and outsource in appointed store
2. Orchestrate a range of training activities in appointed store, starting from scheduling to reporting
3. Prepare training tools and training equipment
4. Coordinate with HR Training Head Quarter to deliver training program
5. Monitor apprenticeships program
6. Support store management to ensure every employee and outsource follow company regulation
7. Propose ideas to HR Training Head Quarter to make improvement in Training Department

REQUIREMENT:

1. Bachelor degree from any major with proven experience in deliver training with minimum 3 years experience as trainer, preferably in retail industry
2. Strong understanding of training delivery & training methodology
3. Excellent communication and presentation skill
4. Passionate in teaching and developing people
5. Fluent in English
6. Have training certification will be an advantage
7. Willing working with shifting schedule following Mall Operational Hour.
8. Willing to be placed in AEON Mall BSD, Tangerang
