Job Description:

• Conduct training to every employee, apprentice and outsource in appointed store.
• Orchestrate a range of training activities in appointed store, starting from scheduling to reporting
• Prepare training tools and training equipment
• Coordinate with HR Training Head Quarter to deliver training program
• Monitor apprenticeships program
• Support store management to ensure every employee and outsource follow company regulation
• Propose ideas to HR Training Head Quarter to make improvement in Training Department
• Handle HR generalist task if needed related recruitment, compensation or industrial relation.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree from Psychology or any major.
• Proven experience of training delivery with minimum 4 years as Trainer is must and have experience as HR Generalist with min. 2 years is plus
• Have experience in Retail Industry is prioritized
• Strong understanding of training delivery & training methodology
• Have knowledge of labor law and benefit systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems (Talenta)
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Fluent in English
• Have training certification will be an advantage
• Willing to work in shifts following Operational Hours of Mall.
