Job Description:

  • Plan and execute creative in-store & external events to drive customer traffic and increase AEON Member acquisition.
  • Develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations that strengthen AEON’s brand image.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with sponsors, vendors, media, and community groups.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Advertising, VM, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage event budgets effectively and prepare post-event evaluations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and create innovative marketing strategies.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, PR, Journalism, or related field.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in event marketing, communication, or mall promotion.
  • Fluent in English (Japanese is a plus).
  • Creative, proactive, able to work under pressure & flexible schedule.
  • Strong network in creative & event industries.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva/Adobe (Ps, Ai) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication & time management skills.
  • Skilled in team coordination, vendor negotiation & budget management.
  • Digital savvy with integrated marketing strategy capabilities.
