Job Description:

• Conduct training to every employee, apprentice, and outsource in appointed store.
• Orchestrate a range of training activities in appointed store, starting from scheduling to reporting.
• Prepare training tools and training equipment.
• Coordinate with HR Training Head Quarter to deliver training program.
• Support store management to ensure every emloyee and outsource follow company regulation.
• Propose ideas to HR Training Head Quarter to make improvement in Training Department.

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree from Psychology or any major.
• Proven experience of training delivery & training methodology
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Passionate in teaching and developing people
• Fluent in English
• Have training certification will be advantage
• Willing to work shifts following Operational Hours of Mall.
