Job Description:

  • Provide both standard and non-standard technical support to end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues based on established procedures.
  • Assist in training end-users on hardware, software, and new applications.
  • Support testing, documentation, and rollout of new systems or devices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors, users, and internal IT teams to ensure issue resolution.
  • Ensure operational integrity during system changes or corrective actions.
  • Work closely with IT Operations Lead to develop and maintain service standards.
  • Perform tasks independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned to support business goals.

Requirement:

  • Min. D3 in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • At least 2 years as IT Support, preferably in retail industry.
  • Basic knowledge of network (LAN/WAN/SDWAN/VPN), server (Linux/Windows), IT security, and email systems.
  • Familiar with Fortinet, Cisco, ARUBA, Active Directory, and file/printer sharing.
  • Hands-on experience with office devices (PC, laptop, printer, CCTV, access door).
  • Experience with retail devices (POS, digital scale, HHT) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to understand technical documentation.
  • Willing to travel and work independently.
  • Domicile in Surabaya area.
