Job Description :

• Assist the Line Manager in overseeing daily grocery operations to ensure smooth workflows and minimal disruptions.
• Implement effective manpower management strategies to optimize efficiency and control labor costs.
• Monitor and improve customer service performance, ensuring staff consistently provide excellent service.
• Oversee merchandise handling, stock availability, and backroom management.
• Ensure all departments within the line meet performance targets and operational standards.
• Manage and minimize shrinkage through proper inventory control and loss prevention strategies.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supermarket or hypermarket at a similar level.
• Strong understanding of supermarket operations and daily processes.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented, confident, helpful, and polite personality.
• Preferably candidates domiciled in the Tangerang area.
